I am trying to use Picaso96 in WB3.9 but I am not seeing it in the monitor prefs

One of the patches in BootPatches-startup is preventing it from starting up. Edit this file and comment out the "CyberBugFix" command block. Reboot and it should now show the Picasso96 settings.

Also make sure in your FS-UAE config uaegfx
