syncdoom: name the map in the lobby's death and frag feed

The door stamps every death and frag record with the map it happened on,
but sd_event_text() dropped the field -- so the activity feed read
"Digital Man was killed" over and over, telling the reader nothing, while
the 'level' case one line above happily printed the same field. Say where
it happened.

The map is guarded: a record written before the door recorded maps has no e.map, and " on undefined" is worse than saying nothing.
